Cloning Sync instance with any means (plain copy, hard drive cloners like dd, Araxis, Time Machine, etc.) is not supported.
This may result in 2 or more Sync instances that are not transferring data one to another and other strange behavior.
Instead, do a standard install on as many machines as you need to.
