Open Windows task manager while the Sync crash window is still opened2. Go to the "Processes" tab3. Find Sync, right-click on it and pick "Dump". MAC OS X Mini dump Collect dmp files located at /Users/<user_name>/Library/Application Support/Resilio Sync”. Crash reports OS X crash reports are located at /Users/<user_name>/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ -- they would be files whose names start with "Resilio Sync...". Core dumpPlease, follow these steps:1. Download script get_rslsync_mac_coredump.sh2. Launch terminal3. Type inchmod a+x ~/Downloads/get_rslsync_mac_coredump.sh~/Downloads/get_rslsync_mac_coredump.sh 4. Wait for a crash and the core dump compressing.5. Send the gzipped coredump to us. LINUX Crash report and mini dump ./.sync. If you use sync.conf (configuration file) see in the configured local storage folder Core dump 1. In Terminal run command ulimit -c unlimited.2. From this Terminal window start Sync the way you usually do.3. When Sync crashes, there should be a crash dump placed near rslsync binary. It will be a file with digits in its name. NOTE: if you launch Sync at startup via a startup script, dump will be placed in another directory, depending on your script, being most likely file system root. IOS Crash report and mini dump iPhone's or iPad's Settings -> Privacy -> Analytics -> Analytics data -> (some name with Resilio Sync). You can also connect your device to a desktop computer to collect crash dumps. If you have a Mac:1. Connect your device to your Mac via iTunes.2. Click your device icon in the upper right corner of iTunes.3. Sync all data to your Mac by clicking the "Apply" button in the lower-right corner of the screen. 4. Go to /Users/<user_name>/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<your device's name>/ for the logs.5. Send this file to us. There is another way to collect crash reports if you have access to a Mac:1. Launch Xcode on Mac (this is a free app).2. Connect your device to the Mac,3. Find your device in the left column of Xcode, then go to "Device Log" section and copy-paste the content of the latest BTSync.crash report.
