If you have lost your license key and the "Download license" link in your Purchase Confirmation email is no longer working, you can still retrieve your license key through the following methods:
1. Visit our registration page and provide the e-mail that you previously used to make the purchase. The license will be re-sent to you on the given mail.
2. Recheck Purchase confirmation mail. The "Download license" link from Purchase Confirmation mail is valid for only 30 days after the purchase. If you've bought non-subscription license for personal use, you can download it from the mail - the license key is attached there.
3. License Management Console. Register (if haven't yet) and login there, download the license key any time.
4. Support. Contact support and tell them purchase details - licenseID, order nr., or at least the e-mail, and they'll send license to you.
